Ivan Guerrera and the luxury style. Bags and other leather goods (necklaces, belts and shoes) entirely hand made, each one with its own history to be told. Each with one with its color and its unique shape. 

I'm so in love with this maxi bag: fuchsia and green, beautiful stones wisely applied, long shoulder belt and an endless capacity. Right now the faithful mate of my every days looks...and the fact that it's unique piece can make it even more special to my eyes. I will show you soon an outfits with it!

Ivan Guerrera e il lusso del particolare. Borse e vari accessori di pelletteria (dalle collane, alle cinture, alle scarpe) interamente realizzati a mano, ognuno con una propria storia da raccontare. Ognuno con un suo colore e una sua forma assolutamente unica. Adoro questa maxi borsa: il fucsia che si unisce al verde, le pietre dure sapientemente applicate, la lunga tracolla removibile e la sua infinita capienza. Ormai è la fedele compagna di tutte le mie giornate...e il fatto che sia un pezzo unico la rende ancora più speciale ai miei occhi. Ve la mostrerò presto in uno dei miei outfit!

A day with Alessandrosimoni

A day spent to Palazzolo Vercellese together with the Alessandrosimoni's team and of the bloggers Irene (Fashion sinner) and Cècile (L'Armadio del delitto) to the discovery a long tradition of production entirely Made in Italy. A company founded more than 30 years ago that, besides using only the best products, like my beloved cashmere, depletes the whole productive cycle inside its own places: from the search to the creation, passing for weaving cut, till the packaging. A shovels of colors from thousands of tones and the possibility to personalize every heads.

It was the first time that I have the chance to see in person the production of clothes and it was really exciting.  My friend Cecilia came with me, and we had the opportunity to wear some heads of the new collection inside the headquarter of the mark, after having tasted a good rich buffet of typical specialty. Yummy!

Una giornata trascorsa a Palazzolo Vercellese in compagnia del team Alessandrosimoni e delle blogger Irene di (Fashion sinner) e Cècile (L'armadio del delitto) alla scoperta di una lunga tradizione di produzione interamente Made in Italy. Un'azienda fondata più di 30 anni fa che, oltre a utilizzare solo i prodotti più pregiati, tra cui il mio amato cashmere, esaurisce l'intero ciclo produttivo all'interno dei propri locali: dalla ricerca alla creazione, passando per tessitura, finizione, taglio, fino ad arrivare al packaging. Una palette di colori dalle tantissime sfumature e la possibilità di personalizzare ogni capo, avendo così la possibilità di vestire un prodotto creato su misura per noi e per le nostre esigenze. 

Era la prima volta che assistevo di persona alla produzione di un capo di abbigliamento ed è stato davvero qualcosa di emozionante che non ha deluso le mie aspettative. 

Ad accompagnarmi nella giornata la mia amica Cecilia, con cui mi sono divertita a provare alcuni capi della nuova collezione all'interno dell'headquarter del marchio, dopo aver gustato un ottimo buffet ricco di specialità tipiche.

Amedeo Canfora: sandals handmade in Capri

Quando si parla di amore a prima vista. Quando il tuo lui non è uno solo, ma tanti, ognuno per un diverso motivo. E quando scegliere un solo lui si rivela così terribilmente difficile.

Del resto, come non perdere la testa per questi coloratissimi sandali realizzati a mano, su ordinazione e su misura, nella splendida Capri, 100% made in Italy?

Dal video che vi ho postato qui sotto potete vedere con i vostri occhi un piccolo scorcio di questi 60 anni di storia fatta a mano. E sono sicura che anche voi ne rimarrete incantati, come lo sono rimasta io.

Per le maggiori possibilità di abbinamento con il mio guardaroba e le mie borse, il modello che ho deciso di fare mio è il Lona: listini dorati, conchiglie dai colori sfavillanti, azzurro blu e rosso, a fare da cornice alla meravigliosa stella marina color arancione. Sandali che, se possibile, sono dal vivo ancora più belli.

Ecco: io, alla fine, ho scelto il mio lui, e voi?

When we talk about love at first sight. When your him is not the only one, but there are so many, each one for a different reason. And when to choose your only one him seem so hard.

After all, how could I not lose my head for these super colored sandals handmade in the wonderful Capri, 100% made in Italy?

From the video that I have posted below you can see a small foreshortening of these 60th years of this handmade history. And I am sure that you will remain spellbound, as I did.

For the greatest chances of matching with my wardrobe and my purses, the model that I have decided to make mine is the Lona one: gilded lists, shells from the sparkling colors, blue light blue and red, to serve as frame to the marvelous sea-star in orange. Sandals that, if possible, are even more beautiful live .

So, at the end, I have chosen my him, and you?
