Frenzy days

Giornate in cui giro giro e rigiro non sapendo quale cosa fare prima. 

Frenesia da tesi e da esami. 

Da un lato la voglia dare immediatamente tutti gli appelli. La voglia di iniziare immediatamente questa sessione estiva. 

Dall'altro lato la voglia che le date degli appelli si spostino magicamente di un paio di mesi ancora. 

Contraddittorio? Forse, ma queste sono le emozioni contrastanti che mi accompagnano sempre prima dell'inizio di ogni sessione! 

E' che ogni volta mi propongo sempre obiettivi troppo ambiziosi e per star dietro a tutto mi riduco anche a studiare di notte. Perchè? Perchè rispecchia perfettamente la mia filosofia di fondo: superare i propri limiti, superare sè stessi, migliorarsi, raggiungere traguardi insperati. Tutto questo penso dovrebbe essere alla base dei propositi che ognuno di noi si pone ogni mattina quando si alza dal letto. Io ci sto provando... E voi?

Days in which I turn turn and turn around not knowing what thing doing before. 

 Frenzy about the thesis and the summer examinations.  

From a side I want to do immediately all the exams. I have desire to immediately begin this summer session.  From the other side I desire that the dates of the appeals still move magically a couple of months afterwords.  Contradictory? Perhaps, but these are the conflicting emotions that always accompany me before the beginning of every session! And every time I always too much ambitious objectives and for doing everything I also reduce me to study during the night. Why? Because it perfectly mirrors my philosophy leading: to overcome our own limits, to overcome ourselves, to improve our to reach unexpected finishing lines. 

I think this should be at the base of the intentions that each of us sets every morning when get up from the bed. I am trying there... And you?

Walking rainy day

Una giornata passata a camminare. Prima su e giù per l'antico "budello" di Alassio, poi lungo la suggestiva passeggiata mare dritto dritto fino al porto a goderci uno spettacolare tramonto seduti sugli scogli a strabiombo sul mare. Davvero indescrivibile: è sicuramente il momento della giornata che prediligo. Sarà perchè generalmente è il momento in cui depongo i libri per dedicarmi a me stessa e a quello che mi piace fare: le mie riviste, la tv, un buon libro, il mio blog, e uscite varie. Sarà perchè ne adoro i colori, le sfumature e l'allure magico che è in grado di regalare.
I capelli legati in una morbida treccina e un outfit scelto apposta per camminare a lungo in una giornata in cui il tempo aveva deciso di fare un po' di capricci: tra temperature non proprio primaverili, vento, pioggerellina leggera, nuvole, e infine sole. Giusto in tempo per regalarci questo spettacolo.

A day spent on walking. Before around and around in the ancient one "alley" of Alassio, then along the suggestive promenade straight up to the port to enjoy a spectacular sunset sat on the rock overhanging to the sea. Indeed indescribable: it is surely the moment of the day that I preferred. It will be because generally it's the moment in which I depose the books to devote me to the things I like the most: my magazines, the tv, a good book, my blog and going out with my boyfriend or friends. Or it will be because I adore the colors, the tones and the magic allure that it is able to give.
My hair are tied up in a soft pigtail and the outfit is made for walking for a long time in a day in which the time had decided to do some whims: among not really spring temperatures, wind, light rain, clouds, and finally sun. Just in time to give us this amazing sight.

Hello Turin, I'm back!

Appena tornata a casa da una settimana bellissima al mare. Non pensavo che la città potesse apparire così grigia se confrontata con i miei ricordi. Una settimana scandita dallo studio ogni mattina e dalla spiaggia e mare ogni pomeriggio. Una valigia enorme da disfare. Tantissimi ricordi, risate, gelati, camminate sulla battigia. Un po' di sano shopping (ho comprato un paio di sandali rossi con il tacco che vi devo assolutamente mostrare!).
La mente rilassata e fresca in attesa della sessione estiva, probabilmente la più dura di questi 5 anni, perchè non ci sarà alcuna possibilità di errore. Speriamo bene :D

Had just been returning home from a very beautiful week at the sea. I didn't think that the city could appear so grey if compared with my memoirs. A week articulated by the study every morning and by the beach and sea sunbathing every afternoon. An enormous suitcase to be undone. So much memoirs, laughters, some ice-crems, and some walking on the foreshore. A little bit of shopping (I bought a pair of red high heels sandals  that absolutely have to show you!).
The relaxed and fresh mind waiting for the summer session, probably the hardest of these 5 years, because there will be no possibility of error. We hope well: D
