Snow-white sand and no people around. A thread of wind, just enough to give magic to a simple walk. Him, the sun and the awesome sea. A dog that raced in the middle of the waves like seasons didn't exist and the water wasn't so cold. The temperatures above 20th degrees and the right sound-track in the ears. Un cane che correva in mezzo alle onde come se le stagioni non esistessero, come se l'acqua in realtà non fosse affatto fredda. Le temperature sopra i venti gradi e la giusta colonna sonora nelle orecchie. Una deliziosa cucina ligure a base di pesce, tanto pesce. E poi la fotografia di bacio sulla spiaggia. Di quelli che da soli dicono più di mille parole.

Look of the day: red and black together

I am not a great sportive girl. I played dance for many years, and I really loved it, but then, because of university works I decided to stop. I think that things have to be done on our best way, or not doing at all. And the time to played dance at this way unfortunately there was not more. Since I have stopped I have sought a sporting dimension in very different disciplines, but without succeeding in firing completely to none of them. 

This year, perhaps and I say perhaps, I have found the sport that does for me: the pilates. I have not found the costancy yet but I will. Sure I will. And the promised results are so bright that every woman can dream a better body. I will update you :D 

The pics of this set were taken off today (obviously I have not worn this look to go gym :-): sun and warm temperatures for us here in Turin! How beautiful!

Non sono una grande sportiva. In passato ho fatto danza per molti anni, con grande passione, poi, a causa dei tantissimi impegni universitari ho deciso di smettere. Sono convinta che le cose o si fanno bene o non si fanno. E il tempo per fare danza bene purtroppo non c'era più.

Da quando ho smesso ho ricercato una dimensione sportiva in discipline molto diverse tra loro, ma senza riuscire ad appassionarmi completamente a nessuna di queste. E le ho sempre lasciate tutte dopo pochi mesi, anzi, ad alcune mi sono appassionata solo sulla carta :P.

Quest'anno, forse e dico forse, sono riuscita a trovare lo sport che fa per me: il pilates. La costanza ancora non l'ho trovata ma la volontà c'è. E i risultati promessi sono tali da far sognare qualsiasi donna, penso.

Vi terrò aggiornate :D
