La notte tricolore: tanti auguri Italia!!

Oggi, mercoledì 16 marzo, dalle 21, a Torino partono i festeggiamenti per i 150 anni dell'Unità d'Italia.
Una "notte bianca", battezzata per l'occasione "Notte tricolore", riporta Torino alla ribalta, ponendola al centro dell'attenzione di tutta Italia e del mondo, ricordandoci come tutto sia partito da questa città, troppo spesso dimenticata e messa da parte.
Centro nevralgico dei festeggiamenti sarà piazza Vittorio Veneto (quella che vi avevo già mostrato QUI), in cui si succederanno vari big, in primis Vecchioni, per uno show canoro senza precedenti, a cui farà da sfondo il suggestivo paesaggio offerto da Gran Madre, Monte dei Cappuccini e argini del fiume Po.

Today, Wednesday March 16 th, from the 21 p.m., Turin will celebrate the 150 years of the unification of Italy with a "white night", baptized for the occasion "Tricolor Night".  
Turin (too often forgotten and put aside) is brought to the footlights, setting as the focus of the attention both of Italy and of the rest of the world, remembering us that everything has began from this city.
Key point of the celebrations will be Vittorio Veneto plaza (that I had already shown you HERE),  where various italian big artists, first of all Vecchioni, will ehxibit in a melodious show. 




Imperdibile appuntamento, per i golosi come me, sarà l'edizione straordinaria di Cioccolatò, intitolata "I Mille di Cioccolatò", che si terrà in Piazza Vittorio dal 16 marzo al 3 aprile e ripercorrerà gli ultimi 150 anni di storia del cioccolato nel nostro Paese, con particolare attenzione per sua evoluzione da cibo di lusso, disponibile solo per l’élite, a prodotto di massa, con un focus particolare sulla tradizione cioccolatiera di Torino e del Piemonte.

The extraordinary edition of Cioccolatò, entitled "The Thousand of Cioccolatò", will be held in Vittorio Veneto Plaza since the 16th of  March
to the 3rd of April 3. It will be a must for all of those who love chocolate as me. It will retrace the last 150 years of history of the chocolate here in Italy, with a particular attention for its evolution from a luxury food, only available for the elite group, to a product for everyone, with a focus on the chocolate  tradition of both Turin and Piedmont.





Per gli appassionati di arte e cultura, tutti i musei e teatri della città rimarranno aperti: i musei solo fino allo scoccare della mezzanotte quando avranno inizio i fuochi artificiali sul ponte Vittorio Emanuele.

If you love art and culture you have to know that all the museums and theaters of the city will be open during the night: the museums will be closed at midnight when the artificial fires will begin on the Vittorio Emanuele's bridge.
