Look of the day: Favourite bag

How much I love this bag. Absolute my favourite model ever. Capacious, elegant, comfortable.  I really love its soft embossed lather. The black color. And the extreme versatility.  

Refined if combined to a mini dress + 12 cm high heels, engaging with a pair of skinny + a leather jacket, so chic with a camel skirt + a jeans jacket.  

One of that models that can be possessed for years inside our own closet never being tired of. Yes, it's true that fashion victim could be extremely unsettled. But when she fall in love she could be faithful forever.

Quanto amo questa borsa. In assoluto il modello perfetto. Capiente, elegante, comoda. 

Adoro la sua morbidissima pelle goffrata. Il colore nero. E l'estrema versatilità. 

Raffinata se abbinata ad un mini dress + tacco 12, accattivante con skinny + giacca di pelle, sfiziosa con una gonna cammello + giacca di jeans. 

Uno di quei modelli che si possono possedere per anni all'interno del proprio armadio senza mai stufarsi. E sarà pur che appassionate di moda siano estremamente volubili. Ma quando si tratta di un grande amore sanno essere fedeli per sempre.

Look of the day: Burgundy

What I love the most when we talk about fashion is how it succeeds in making the points of view changing so fast. I think that if some years ago someone had told me that I would have worn the color once vulgarly called "bordeaux" and today rechristened by the whole world fashionistes "burgundy", I would have bursted in a big laugh. Instead, here we are, in a Tuesday of the end of November, wearing an outfit with even 3 pieces in this notorious tone. And, to be honest, I really love both the result and the chromatic contrast with blue.

So, how much vulnerable are the fashion lovers! And how beautiful would be to succeed in rousing other heads in this tonality, possibly low-cost... do you have some precious suggestion to share with me?

La cosa che amo più della moda è come riesca sempre a far cambiare i punti di vista e a mutare le prospettive. Penso che se fino a un anno fa mi avessero detto che avrei indossato il colore, un tempo volgarmente chiamato "bordeaux", e oggi ribattezzato dalle fashioniste di tutto il mondo "burgundy", sarei scoppiata in una grossa risata. E invece eccomi qui in un martedì di fine Novembre a proporre un outfit con ben 3 pezzi in questo famigerato colore. Ed eccomi qui ad amarne sia il risultato, sia il contrasto cromatico rispetto al blu.

Quanto sono vulnerabili le appassionate di moda! Che bello che sarebbe riuscire a scovare altri capi in questa tonalità, possibilmente low-cost... avete qualche prezioso consiglio da condividere con me?

A day with Alessandrosimoni

A day spent to Palazzolo Vercellese together with the Alessandrosimoni's team and of the bloggers Irene (Fashion sinner) and Cècile (L'Armadio del delitto) to the discovery a long tradition of production entirely Made in Italy. A company founded more than 30 years ago that, besides using only the best products, like my beloved cashmere, depletes the whole productive cycle inside its own places: from the search to the creation, passing for weaving cut, till the packaging. A shovels of colors from thousands of tones and the possibility to personalize every heads.

It was the first time that I have the chance to see in person the production of clothes and it was really exciting.  My friend Cecilia came with me, and we had the opportunity to wear some heads of the new collection inside the headquarter of the mark, after having tasted a good rich buffet of typical specialty. Yummy!

Una giornata trascorsa a Palazzolo Vercellese in compagnia del team Alessandrosimoni e delle blogger Irene di (Fashion sinner) e Cècile (L'armadio del delitto) alla scoperta di una lunga tradizione di produzione interamente Made in Italy. Un'azienda fondata più di 30 anni fa che, oltre a utilizzare solo i prodotti più pregiati, tra cui il mio amato cashmere, esaurisce l'intero ciclo produttivo all'interno dei propri locali: dalla ricerca alla creazione, passando per tessitura, finizione, taglio, fino ad arrivare al packaging. Una palette di colori dalle tantissime sfumature e la possibilità di personalizzare ogni capo, avendo così la possibilità di vestire un prodotto creato su misura per noi e per le nostre esigenze. 

Era la prima volta che assistevo di persona alla produzione di un capo di abbigliamento ed è stato davvero qualcosa di emozionante che non ha deluso le mie aspettative. 

Ad accompagnarmi nella giornata la mia amica Cecilia, con cui mi sono divertita a provare alcuni capi della nuova collezione all'interno dell'headquarter del marchio, dopo aver gustato un ottimo buffet ricco di specialità tipiche.
